A note on pricing//
We aim to list our heirloom offerings at a price that both honors our work and places it in the homes of those who treasure it. Due to ever rising costs for packaging and processing fees, we must modestly raise our prices from time to time.
Processing Time//
All domestic orders placed between 12/6-12/12 will ship Friday and Monday, 12/12 and 12/15 via Priority USPS, which typically takes 3-5 days and is well within the USPS recommended holiday shipment dates for arrival before 12/25. International orders will ship via USPS international standard delivery, which typically takes around two weeks but can vary, so will more than likely not arrive in time for the holidays.
Shipping//
-Prize ribbon packages will be clearly labeled from Prix, please let us know if this is a surprise and you'd like us to eliminate labeling from the outer parcel.
-International orders have been listed with an estimated shipping cost. Once we have an address we can finalize shipping cost and either refund or invoice for the difference
-If an order for multiple items is made, any excess in shipping will be promptly refunded upon shipment
-If your order is made Rochester, NY area delivery, and you would like your shipping fee waived, we can arrange for an order pickup on Sunday, 12/14. Please include a note with your order indicating you would like to pick up your order and we will refund your shipping fee upon pickup.
