Shipping
Your order will be shipped via USPS from Rochester, New York. Please allow for up to five days to process your order.
Domestic orders will be shipped via USPS priority mail with tracking.
International orders will by default be shipped via first class mail. Tracking for this method only includes tracking within the US. We strongly encourage shipping via USPS priority international. Though this does cost more, this option includes international tracking and a 6-10 day delivery time. If you would like us to ship via USPS priority international, please be in touch right away after placing your order to let us know. We will issue an invoice to you for the additional shipping.
If you are in need of a faster processing time, please email us to discuss your needs. We are happy to invoice you for expedited processing/shipping once your order has been placed.
Prix is not responsible for items lost or damaged while in transit. Both Domestic orders and orders shipped with priority international shipping will be insured through USPS.
If you are purchasing more than one ribbon we can adjust your shipping cost after purchase, if it is possible to ship ribbons together.
Care
Because each ribbon is unique, care instructions specific to your ribbon will be included with your order. Your ribbon may arrive in need of a gentle press with a cool iron, please consult your care instructions first! Feel free to contact us via email or phone if you are unsure.
Return Policy
Please read an item's description in full before purchasing. Because each ribbon is one-of-a-kind and our collections small, we cannot accept returns. However, if you find that your ribbon is defective in some way, please be in touch. We want you to love your ribbon.
Wholesale
At this time we are not accepting wholesale orders due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our ribbons. We hope to work with a small, select group of shops in future. Please be in touch if you believe your shop would be a good fit for our ribbons!
Bespoke Projects
We have plans to take on a limited number of custom orders in future but at present we cannot accommodate custom requests.
